Activities:
The economic activity of the forestry is aimed at the integrated management of forestry in combination with the harvesting and processing of wood and other measures aimed at the rational use and restoration of forest resources. Except for meeting the needs of the national economy in wood and by-products of forest use, forest plantations have environmental and recreational value.

Timber Procurement & Sale:
The planned activity of the enterprise is carried out in accordance with the Project of organization and development of forestry of the State Enterprise "Storozhinets Forestry", developed by the Ukrainian State Project Forest Management Production Association, Kyiv Forest Management Expedition for the period from 2011 to 2020 to the FSC forest certification control system (Forest Board of Trustees)

- WOOD CHIPSChips - chopped wood of established sizes, obtained by chopping wood raw materials with chippers and special devices, used as technological raw materials or fuel.

About us:
The State Enterprise "Storozhinets Forestry" is located in the northern part of Chernivtsi region, Ukraine, in the territory of three administrative districts.
It was established in 1995 according to the order of the Ministry of Forestry of Ukraine from May 26, 1995 No. 57 "On the establishment of forestry enterprises in the Zakarpatya, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi region"
According to the forest vegetation zoning, the territory of the forestry belongs to three forest plant areas: fir-beech forests of the Eastern Carpathian Mountains with an altitude of 300-540 m above sea level, beech-oak plain forests from 140 to 500 m and beech-fir mountain forests of the northern part from 400 to 800 m.
